Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Books are shipped to all possible destinations including India, US, UK, Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Germany and other major Asian and European Countries.

Are there any countries which you do not normally ship to?
Currently, we are unable to ship online orders to the following countries: Nigeria, Belarus, Ukraine, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Liberia, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan. If you would like us to ship to any of these countries, please email or fax us +91-11-26942787 your order with all details. We will reply back within 1-2 business day with pertinent information, insha Allah.

Shipping and Packaging
We take tremendous efforts to properly pack the items, all the Books ordered through our onlinestore are indivisually checked & shrink wraped to assure its condition & quality. We take care to carefully pack your order to ensure timely and safe delivery. The books are generally shipped within 1-3 days of receiving the order with payment, and if there is some delay, we let you know the status immediately. Our regular methods of shipping is Registered Book Post By Air Mail. It takes about 10-15 working days to reach depending upon your location.

How do you send books, will I get a Tracking number?
Books are sent through :
International :  Registered Book Post Air Mail
Within India  :  Registered Book Post
As the Packets are sent through Normal Registered Air Mail, there is no tracking facility at this time.

What are the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated by weight for Books and for other Items they are per Item bases. To calculate your shipping & handling charges, add item(s) to your shopping Basket (as normal), then click view bascket, at check-out, the Ship will be indicated as per your country. There are some countries which we do not ship to, If your country is one of them then you will see a message "We are not shipping to this country" in this case please email or fax your orders to us, we will try our best for alternative arrangements for payment etc.
For Indian customers the shipping within India for 5 kg Packet is INRs. 70/- there after the shipping will be FREE ! i.e. if the order is 20kg we will only charge 70/- !

What is the delivery period?
International order : Generally, books are shipped within 1-3 days of confirmation/payment of your order. It takes about 15-20 working days to reach books in USA and within 12-15 working days in most European countries from the date of dispatch.
Indian orders : The delivery may take about 7-10 working days through Registered Book Post.
Note: Sometimes there are delays with the mail and may not always arrive within the 15-20 days time frame. Holidays can delay the packets as well as bad weather and some times due to occasional delays with customs to certain countries, International packages may take up to 4 weeks to deliver & National up to 2 weeks.

My package will be delivered outside the India. Do I need to pay customs and duties?
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable (generally Books are exempted) and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.

Please note: idara.com cannot be held responsible for any import fees, customs fees, import taxes, or other types of charges which a recipient may incur, who is receiving products outside of India. This may be either through a private courier service or through your local postal system.

You can create a FREE account at www.paypal.com ! you can even pay using your your Credit card if you don't have Paypal account.

ccAvenue.com > National Customers (from India): Please opt for ccAvenue payment Gateway, only if your billing and shipping address are in India. Please also note that your currency should be INR (Indian Rupees), as payments made through this payment gateway are settled in Indian Rupee only. ccAvenue is India's leading credit card processor, you can use Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB Cards, Citibank eCards. You can also have the option of making payment through Net-Banking if you have bank accounts with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, UTI Bank, IDBI Bank, Global Trust Bank, Centurion Bank etc.

How safe is it for me to send my credit card details to you via the Internet ?
idara.com don't gather or store your credit card details at their website. From our website's shopping cart system you are sent to a 100% secure "SSL" servers of Paypal & ccAvenue. Both these sites are the world's leading payment gateway to handle our e-commerce sales. They Use the most state-of-the-art Net security systems, your credit card details will be safely transmitted on their server and will not be viewed by any third party, Insha 'Allah.

I would like to place an order, and pay for it via money order, check, and COD (Cash on Delivery). What do I do?
This facility is only available for India, if you are not able to pay through credit card or net banking options. You can proceed as normal and add each item to your shopping cart. Simply continue through the checkout process. When you are on Payment page, simply select mode of payment as Print_Order_Form take a printout, fill it out with your name/address/phone number/email address and send it with your payment payable to:

Once we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched. Personal checks may take up to 15-20 business days to clear before dispatch, to avoid delay you are requested to please send Bank Draft or Bankers Cheque.

I reside outside India, can I pay for my order through Bank (wire) transfer. What are your bank details?
We only accept Bank (wire) Transfer for bulk exports orders. Please note you will have to add US$15 to your TOTAL amount due, for each wire transfer you send us. Our Bank charges us this amount to receive any incoming wire transfer. If you are planning to buy in bulk quantities (for reselling or for free distribution) please contact us with detailed information.

I'm from Australia but want the books to be delivered in India. How should I Pay?
If you are from Australia or any other country, and want to ship the order to India, you can do it ! add the products to the basket normally, while checking out provide the Indian address in the shipping address field and checkout selecting PayPal payment option. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically for India. We will than ship the order to the shipping address provided.
