ordered through our onlinestore are indivisually
checked & shrink wraped to assure its
condition & quality. We take care to
carefully pack your order to ensure timely and
safe delivery.
idara.com supply Books published by different
publishers as they are published. If you found
any damages in the book i.e. torn pages, missing
text, binding error (wrong volume binding) etc.
you must notify within 3 working days of
receiving, we will send a replacement. If that
Item is not available in stock then idara.com
will issue full refund to the customer.
If you have received Book (s) in very bad
condition / bent corners due to long distance
involved, please report within 3 days. We will
either replace it or refund the item cost, minus
shipping. You must return the book first in
order to get a refund or replacement.
If for any reason we receive the order (parcel)
back, then we can only send the order again if
the customer requests and pay the shipping
charges for re-sending OR we can refund the
amount of products ordered only. This happen
rerely due to any reasons like Moved,
attempted-not known, undelivered, unclaimed,
insufficient address etc.) Please
note that the shipping cost would not be
credited/refunded in any case.
